About Gear Design

Gear Design s.r.o. is a technology partner specializing in the integration of automated industrial equipment tailored to specific customer requirements.

The company operates as a system integrator, assuming full responsibility for the entire project – from needs analysis and concept design through engineering, manufacturing, and assembly to installation, commissioning, and optimization. We deliver standalone machines as well as complete automated modules designed for production lines.

We also specialize in the modernization and refurbishment of existing production lines. We replace outdated technologies with modern automation solutions, integrate new control systems, and increase performance, safety, and long-term operational reliability.

A significant part of our know-how lies in the design of custom industrial gearboxes, on which the company was originally founded and which remains an integral part of our offering today.

One of the company’s key strengths is a strong in-house team covering all major technical disciplines. Our lean organizational structure and non-corporate approach enable fast decision-making, direct communication, and high flexibility in project execution.

Our projects are built on more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of technically demanding and often non-standard solutions, where individual adaptation to specific operating conditions is essential.
